Good Guys Win One

This is a disgraceful --- and increasingly common -- situation.
A SWAT TEAM?????!!!!!!
Because she refused to give her daughter questionable "medicine????"
WFT????

Fortunately,  there's at least one judge who has apparently read and understands the Constitution. But it could just as easily have gone the other way.
