I don't exactly get a welcome like this
every place I go. No wonder I find reasons to hang out at the barn, even on a frigid January day. If there's something better than a horse seeing you from across the paddock and coming, unbidden, to greet you, I don't believe I know what it is.

Nice meeting. It's always wonderful to see a horse coming across the field to welcome you. Nice moment.
SJ....I know the feeling. Who is taking all these pictures? Nice.

Awwww. Best feeling ever. :-)
I once trained a special gelding of mine to wiggle his upper lip on my cheek when I said, "Give kisses." Happy memories.
Geez, if I could get my kids to greet me with the love your horse is I'd be in business!
Yep, I love seeing my red horse jumping up and heading to me . . . and it just cracks me up when, if I have to go hunting Lyra, he thinks I'm leaving him and runs around calling me with his squeaky, worried whinny. The love of my red horse is a rare delight.
What a great photo. It's easy to see that horse loves you. There's no better feeling.
Ha! Just MOST places! ;-)
