Ain't it about time.....?

Man is said to have domesticated the horse around 6000 years ago.

Give or take.

Opinions vary, but apparently it was on a week-end.

That’s a long time to keep company.

I had a teacher, who's no longer in this world, who told me that the Creator realized he’d inadvertently made human beings sort of puny and stupid. The Creator then made the horse to help us out, to be our teacher, our helper and our companion.

Humans took “teacher, helper and companion” and turned it into “slave, weapon and toy.”

Insert a long sigh right about here.

One thing for sure.

Horses have learned a whole lot more about the nature of human beings, than human beings have learned about the nature of horses.
