Goes Without Saying





Or at least, it should.
Equal protection of the laws, you know.
But I guess the way things are now, we have to spell it out.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States .."

WTH??? We need a new amendment for that? What about the corporations? I think they need to include them in there with the senators and congress- they seem to have more rights than individual citizens anymore.

Yes, you'd think it would be obvious.
But so would the meaning of "person".

Only a lawyer would argue over which direction is "up."
