Hoo-rah!

It's official: there's grass.
It isn't tall, full and lush.
But it's there.
Enough to nibble.
Enough to titillate a hay-deadened palate.
Oh, winter may linger a day or two, yet.
But the grass is back.
And, with it, a rumor of summer.
